PESHAWAR, 15 September: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Najam Sethi has said West Indies cricket team will visit Pakistan for a three-match Twenty20 series in November.

Talking to a news channel, the PCB chief said it was yet to be decided that which cities will host these matches. Mr Sethi said he had invited West Indies Cricket Board President Dave Cameron to Lahore to watch the matches between Pakistan and World Eleven and also see security arrangements. He said the visit of Mr Cameron paved the way for the West Indies tour.

The PCB chief said he is also trying to convince Sri Lanka to play at least two T20 matches during their tour to Pakistan.

Foreign teams stopped visiting Pakistan after terrorist attack on Sri Lankan cricket team in Lahore in 2009. International cricket returned to Pakistan with the visit of World XI.
