Two ‘ice’ drug sellers arrested in Khyber Agency
BARA, 9 September: The political administration of Khyber Agency has arrested two suspects involved in the sale of ‘ice’ drug in Bar Kambarkhel area.
The political administration said it received a tip off that the leader of the drug gang, Abid and his accomplice Mirak are present in Surkas area of Bara and selling the drug since long which is ruining the local youth. The administration said both the drug sellers were arrested in a raid on Thursday and ‘ice’ and heroin was recovered from their possession. Both the suspects were taken to Bara jail and further investigations are underway.
The ‘ice’ drug is produced from various chemicals which prevents sleep upto three days and damages the brain of the user.
Media reports said the use of ice drug is increasing in the region rapidly.
