Two arrested on charges of selling donkey meat

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, 13 February: Police have arrested two people allegedly involved in sale of donkey meat in the district.
On a tip-off, the police raided gypsy families from Punjab, living in tents in DI Khan district, and arrested Akhtar and Mukhtar. The police also recovered 20 donkeys from the spot. The police said they were trying to find out the hotels which used to buy the meat from the arrested people.
A few days ago, the police had arrested two people in a similar raid in the same case from Bhakkar city f Punjab province.
