KP government to regularise 40,000 teachers
PESHAWAR, 4 April: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to regularise 40,000 teachers appointed through National Testing Service (NTS).
KP Education Minister Muhammad Atif Khan said on Monday that the provincial government has prepared a summary for regularisation of the teachers and sent it to the Law Department. He said the draft of the law in this regard will soon be passed in the KP Assembly.
The minister said it has also been decided to implement school-based policy for the teachers appointed through the NTS and abolish the promotion policy.
