KP CM assures release of funds for Timergara medical collage

LOWER DIR, 22 February: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak has announced construction of a medical college in Timergara, Lower Dir and allocating funds for the project.

Member KP Assembly from Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Aizazul Mulk Ifkari told TNN that the chief minister took this step after members of KP Assembly from Dir lodged protest with him. He said KP Finance Minister Muzaffar Syed, Senior Minister Inayatullah and MPA Saeed Gul met the chief minister and lodged protest over scrapping of the medical college project.

The chief minister assured to release funds for the project and also directed the concerned authorities to start classes in the medical college. The Lower Dir lawmakers thanked Mr Khattak for reviving the project.
