GHALANAI, 02 April: The beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) had started receiving payments through biometric verification system in Mohmand Agency. However, several women were faced with difficulties as the biometric system did not verified their finger prints.
The biometric verification system was inaugurated in Ghalanai Headquarters on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, BISP member said that following the introduction of biometric verification system in the agency, ATM cards awarded to the 12,000 beneficiaries will be blocked.
