BISE Bannu announces SSC results

BANNU, 22 June: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Bannu has announced Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam results.
As many as 45,889 candidates participated in the exam and 75 percent of them remained successful. Muhammad Ibrar of Faiz Model School Lakki Marwat got first position by securing 1,036 marks, Muhammad Zubair of Akram Khan Durrani Public School got second position with 1,031 marks and Shafifa Ilyas of the Army Public School got third positon with 1,028 marks.
A ceremony was organised on the occasion of announcement of results on Tuesday. Cash prizes and commendation certificates were awarded to top 20 position holders at the ceremony.
Muhammad Ibrar told TNN that he is very happy over getting the top position.
“I like the medical profession and I will certainly go for medical education,” he said.
A student, who gained fifth position in the board, said studying with time table helped him gain this position.
“I will advise all the students to study with a proper time table and make hard efforts for success in exams,” he said.
